What is the total cost?

We have created a total (all-inclusive) price with the goal of eliminating any hidden costs

once students arrive in the United States.

Our program includes round trip air fare (with all taxes included), round trip airport transfers to and from the airport,

all meals, all classroom fees & materials, all field study costs including admission to all scheduled field study venues and

medical/travel insurance for each student.

What's NOT included? Fees related to passports, visas, airline baggage fees and personal souvenirs.

We have listed only the major airports, make sure to ask our travel company if air is available from your home city.

In many cases, it is the same cost.

What is the tuition payment schedule?

     A $150.00 USD application fee is due at the time you submit your application.

If you are accepted into the program, this application fee will be applied toward your tuition.

     When accepted into the program, a deposit of $2000.00 USD is due.

     On Tuesday, May 15, 2024, Final Payment is due.

How do we pay for this?

     The preferred form of payment is Bank Wire.

This is the information you will need to give to your bank to initiate a bank wire.

If you would like to use your credit card, please notify admissions.  An invoice will be emailed to you.

Cancellation Schedule

The $150 USD application fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation on/before April 15, 2024, will carry a $600.00 fee.

As of May 15, 2024, all moneys are nonrefundable.
